The building features a 20,000 SF subdividable Conference/Meeting Area, a 20,000 SF 40-Bed Emergency Department and an 18,000 SF 2nd Floor shell space which will house four new operating rooms with needed support space, and approximately 7,000 SF of renovated areas.
